摘要: | 隔震建築結構於 1994 年美國加州北嶺地震與1995 年日本阪神地震中的良好表現,直接驗證了建築隔震技術可靠性,隔震設計於結構耐震上應用已逐漸趨成熟,並被工程界所接受,為有效的結構防震方法。國內自1999 年發生921 集集大地震,建築結構遭受重大的破壞,國人開始重視結構物的耐震性能,並迅速發展,應用於修補或新建結構體上,建築物隔震系統,亦是其中一項應用廣泛的技術。 台灣位於歐亞大陸板塊與菲律賓海板塊交界區域,地震對台灣民眾而言,為不可避免之災害,近年來台灣發生的大地震中,建築物的損壞傾倒,造成嚴重破壞,造成許多人傷亡,犧牲了寶貴生命,地震影響,對人民生命財產損失及國家經濟發展影響是不容忽視問題。 本研究參考國內外文獻,並經由實務案例整理、分析、歸納之後得以下結論: 隔震建築興起,國內建築隔震施工技術經驗尚有不足部份,研究整理歸納相關隔震系統應用技術文獻,並以規劃設計、施工前、施工中、施工後、營運維護管理、分別詳細說明之、因此了解隔震系統施工各階段的重點與災害防止發生之要項,並可提供未參與過建築隔震施工之工程師實務經驗參考之應用。 藉由參考內政部建築研究所及建築中心,國內耐震標章審查申請作業程序及流程,提供國內建築業者及民眾了解,興建建築物具有合格耐震標章,於建築設計初期,須注意有哪些規定,及相關申請流程,為有效了解國內建築隔震及耐震建築物認證標章取辦法及目前取得標章發展現況說明。 如何購買居住品質安全有保障房屋,一直是長久以來討論的話題,房屋施工品質瑕疵,我們也常常會在購買時,注意產品於生產過程中,是否有品質管制的過程,透過購屋時,建商所舉辦之四大說明會及階段施工品質檢驗,相關結構施工過程中、如鋼筋及混凝土材料之施工品質確認,及施工過程中是否會影響結構安全疑慮,相關防水、試水、洩水檢測,更是將來影響房屋居住品質及使用耐久性之相關,至於如何判斷「良心建商」或「黑心建商」、「施工品質透明化」方法準則,使消費者購買房屋時,更能確保建築物施工品質之保障。 The well performance of the isolated earthquake construction in the United Califonia Northern Rail akamine earthquake in 1994 and in the Japan’s Kobe earthquake in 1995, indicate the reliability of the tecknology. The earthquake is the unavoidable disaster for Taiwan people. In the recent huge earthquake in Taiwan, collapsed house, people injured or died and the economic loss was seen. These problems can not be ignored This study was refered and analyzed from the domestic and forein papers and practices and concluded as below: The isolated earthquake construction is arising. The lake experience of the skill in constructing the isolated earthquake construction was summarized and detailed explained as the way of plan, design, pre-construction, during construction, after construction and maintanence. Thus, this study provide the important view of point in the technology and the reference for unexperienced engineer By referring to the procedure of applying the domestic certificate of earthquake-proof from Interior Department building Institute and the building Center, it can provide in the effectively realizing from the general people when initially design the construction to know the related rules and application flow iv It is a long discussion to know how to buy a quality and safty house We always are aware of the deficiency in the construction of the house and the quality control during the constructing of the house,The life time of the house and the quality of the house is effected by the four times presentation of the description when purchasing the house and the quality exammination during house constructing, such as quality examination of reinforce concrete, construction quality examination and water resistance and leakage test, Keeping the quality of constructing visible is the way to distinguish the good builders and the bad builders and to assure the good quality of the construction。 |
