本研究推導並實現一種新的適應性RLS階次追蹤演算法,於參數設定範圍內皆可有良好的訊號分量追蹤,論文涵蓋了理論推導及數值模擬計算,並使用數位訊號處理器為計算核心,配合LabVIEW撰寫之使用者介面,發展一套可應用於旋轉機械的線上即時監測系統,可藉由此監測系統即時追蹤由傳動元件或是因機械系統結構特性所產生之階次或共振訊號分量,即可得知機械系統運轉狀態,並用以作為故障診斷依據。研究中分別應用於軸頸軸承轉子系統、與滾珠軸承轉子系統之監測,藉由在兩種機台上所進行的實驗,證明即時監測系統能夠準確且立即追蹤機械運轉階次訊號。 The study derivated and implemented an novel adaptive RLS order tracking algorithm. on parameter setting range can track good signal component. This thesis including theoretical derivation and simulation. Used DSP chip for the core of the calculation and combined with the user interface made by LabVIEW to build a real-time condition monitoring system for rotating machine. we can know the rotary status by using the real-time condition monitoring system to track order signal caused by part of rotary machinery or the resonance caused by rotary machinery system. two experimentations are proved the effectiveness of applying the developed real-time condition monitoring system can accurate track the order signal in practical works.
