摘要:	中文摘要氮取代之異吲哚啉可在鈀金屬催化下還原氫化為四氫異吲哚，並且有不錯的產率。藉由氫之同位素標定來探究其反應機制，同時也發現有氫/氘交換的反應產生，並且驗證芳香性在此反應中是必要的。吲哚啉也可在鈀金屬催化下轉換為吲哚。 Abstract The high-yield syntheses of 4,5,6,7-tetrahydro-isoindoles from N-substituted isoindolines under palladium catalyzed hydrogenation conditions are reported. Mechanistic study with deuterated and saturated substrates shows extensive H/D exchange and the essence of aromaticity in this transformation. Indolines can also transform to indoles under palladium catalyzed hydrogenation conditions.
