    Title: 以田口法設計對於白光發光二極體色座標集中度提升的影響

    Abstract: 本論文主要研究在支架型白光發光二極體封裝製程中,各材料組合與製程變數對於色座標集中度提升的影響。支架型白光發光二極體封裝結構為黃色螢光粉混和高折射率透明矽膠,填滿支架並覆蓋藍光晶片。由於螢光粉混和在矽膠中會自然沉澱,再加上封裝製程中其他因素的影響,造成白光發光二極體之色座標集中度與目標值離散。本研究中將封裝製程中具有影響力的因子利用田口法實驗設計,以色座標距離中心點距離平均值、標準差與訊號雜訊比(Signal-To-Noise Ratio)分析來判斷因子影響力的大小;並利用變異數分析找出對於整個系統主要變異的來源。在實驗安排上進行兩次田口法實驗,在第一次田口實驗確認具影響力的主要因子並縮小實驗範圍;第二次田口實驗中確認各因子間交互作用的情形與強弱關係,找出對於色座標集中度最具影響的因子為膠材黏度,而考慮交互作用下以膠材黏度與預熱溫度的影響最鉅。
    依據最佳化實驗結果與相較於一般製程可提升色座標集中度約4%,在製程設備不需額外投資與提升的前提下,能增加色座標集中度與提高生產良率,並有效減少庫存比例與材料耗損。
    This work presents to study the accuracy of color coordination in packaging process of Lead-frame type White Light Emitting Diode(LED) by consider about the influence of material combination and process parameter. The structure of Lead-frame type White LED are constructed by yellow phosphor and high refractive index silicone, they filled the lead frame and are covered on blue chip. In view of phosphor particle settled in silicone by gravity, it caused the deviation of color coordination. And other factors of packaging process also influenced it. This thesis studies and evaluates the effective factors of packaging process them by Taguchi method. To verify the influences of factors by the mean variation from the center of color coordination, standard deviation and Signal-To-Noise Ratio analysis. And investigate the major influence of system by Analysis of variance (ANOVA). Hereby designed two Taguchi method experiments to verify the influence and evaluate the interactions of process factors. The most effective factor is the viscosity of silicone and the interaction between the viscosity of silicone and pre-heat temperature is largest.
    The result of optimized experiment compare to original process is increased 4% accuracy of color coordination. This thesis shows benefit of color coordination increasing and yield improving without equipment upgrading
    it also reduces inventory and material exhausting.
