摘要: | 研究期間:10108~10207;In this project, I attempt to rewrite and supplement some new understandings to parts of my researches in Sun Ming Neo-Confucianism, which I have done these years. The purpose is mainly to complete my recent researches which include Cheng Yi’s, Chu Hsi's, Hu Wu-Feng's, Wang Lung-Hsi's, Lo Chin-Hsi's, Liu Ji-Shan’s, and Huang Tsung-Hsi's philosophy, as a systematic book. Besides, in this book, I discuss the three distinctions of the theory models among Sun Ming Neo-Confucianism, given by Mr. Mou Tsung-San. I also give my reflections upon Mr. Mou’s arguments. Especially, focusing on the research on Cheng Yi and Chu Hsi’s theory model, some of my arguments, that is, according to my research, both of their affirmation to the understanding of moral law is inherent for man, and the reason that they emphasis on Ko-wo Chih-chih is to ensure that the understanding of moral law that we have in mind must be so clear and distinct that we can be necessary to overcome the rise of natural dialectic, i.e. a disposition, to argue against the strict laws of duty and to question their validity, whenever the commands of duty which reason represents to us to practice, are different from Mr. Mou’s. The effect of Ko-wo Chih-chih is to assure the necessity of moral practice. In regard to Cheng Yi and Chu Hsi’s claim, the understanding of moral law we have in mind, in Kant’s terminology, must passage from ordinary rational knowledge of morality to philosophical. Through this project, I hope to, systematically, express the above ideas, and also hope to improve the modern research of Sun Ming Neo-Confucianism. As regards the estimated time of completing the book as a whole, I will use two years to finish it. |
