研究期間:10108~10207;The research objective is to construct a cost-benefit assessing model based on impact factors obtained in the previous serial studies. The other sub-projects under the main project of “Strategies for Sustainable Construction in Response to the Global Climate Change Issues” have derived impact factors from surveys and expert interviews. They summarize 6 and 9 factors for the sustainable bridge and road, respectively. Having literature reviewed and the factors set as the inputs, we will establish the model using cost-benefit analysis. The model is expected to apply to a bridge and a local highway projects as the evaluation so as to examine the feasibility and integrity of the model. The anticipated contribution would lie in the establishment of an assessing model that computes efficiency in the viewpoint of cost-benefit. Practitioners would take advantage of the results yielded from the model to re-visit the existing, ongoing, and future road and bridge projects.
