    Abstract: 本論文的研究目的在於設計出使用RFID之自動化海關通關系統,符合航空運輸業快速即時的特性,取代人工通關作業,節省人力成本與時間,避免因人為鍵輸通關資料的錯誤,衍生出高額的通關罰款,提高正確率,進而加速通關作業的效率。
    建立航空業自動化的通關平台,不再需要付費給第三方的通關公司協助通關作業,可節省每年大幅的通關成本,且此系統可相容未來各國電子化的通關作業,僅需修改其相關訊息格式設定。
    在提升服務品質方面,提供航空貨運承攬業者快速通關及查詢服務,不僅節省通關作業的時間,且通關作業流程透明化,讓航空貨運承攬業者能隨時掌握貨物的流向,進而提高運送貨物的產品附加價值。
    ;The purpose of this thesis is to design the radio frequency identification (RFID) auto border service system. This system can accommodate with many countries by using electronic data interchange (EDI) format. There are many advantages of the RFID system. RFID system can enhance value of the freight products. And the freight agent will get the products faster than the old process. This system can enhance accuracy and efficiency that can reduce mistake and the cost.
