液晶顯示器的應用已非常普及,而液晶顯示器的製造廠商有一個 重要的檢測項目,那就是檢測畫面的閃爍狀況並做最佳化的調整,這 成為液晶顯示器製造的一個非常重要的任務。 本研究提出一個自動化檢測系統,其主要是使用光感測器來偵測 液晶顯示器畫面閃爍的程度,並透過取樣電路,將偵測的結果轉換為 數位訊號,然後經由訊號的分析,利用數位控制訊號來調整液晶顯示 器的VCOM 電壓,藉此來達到自動化調整的目的。 本研究中我們針對量測的方式與分析的方式進行討論,並提出可 以透過不同電路之間的轉換後,將所得到的數據進行分析,一樣可以 得到最佳的檢測結果。另外透過量測數據與Waveform 分析,找尋出 最佳的調整電路與分析方式,以提升量測效率及符合產品需求。;The LCD application is very popular now, and that comes with a very serious topic is how to detect and fine tune flicker status at essential production line stage. That becomes a very import task of LCD manufacture. In this study, we propose an automated detection system which use photodetector to measure level of flicker, and use sampling circuit to convert into digital signal. And then by analyzing that signal, we use digital control signal to adjust VCOM to achieve automatic fine-tuning. We focus on the way of measuring and analyzing in this study. Propose to use diversion of different circuit to analyze data to get the best test result. And also we can measure data and use waveform to analyze to get the best way and fine-tuned circuit to improve efficiency and fulfill product request.
