本論文中,我們設計一款高有效利用率適應性汽車頭燈,其光形符合歐洲車輛檢測法規ECER112之汽車遠燈光形及近燈光形。在近燈設計中,我們設計出一款具有特殊切削結構之投影透鏡,藉此提高近燈光形的對比度。在適應性遠燈的設計中,我們在光源封裝上加入一對平行面鏡置於LED晶片上下兩側,達到提升縱向照明範圍與節省LED晶片數之效果。最後,利用實驗得到的光形來驗證模擬結果。;In this thesis, we design an adaptive headlamp with high optical utilization factor. The light pattern is designed to meet the ECE R112 regulation for automotive low beam and high beam. A projection lens with a specific cutting shape to enhance the contrast is designed and applied to the low beam in the study. In the adaptive high beam, we propose a specific packaging structure with a parallel mirror pair to extend the illuminating region in the vertical axis, and also reduce the need of LED number. Finally, experiments with the prototype are done to verify the design and the simulation.
