本文研究目的為探討各種加工參數(例如:加工時間、電極旋轉速率、操作電壓)對製作螺旋紋路電極刀具之螺紋數量與螺紋間距之影響性。並且利用高速攝影機觀察電極刀具周圍流場之變化,以分析各參數對螺紋產生之原因。最後,利用具有較多螺紋數與較平均之螺距刀具進行孔加工,以探討有無螺旋紋路之電極刀具對於孔之加工是否有較佳的效果。;The purpose of this study was to explore the effects of various processing parameters (for example: machining time, rotation speed of the electrode and voltage supply) on the number of threads and thread pitch of the produced thread-like microelectrode tools. A high-speed camera is used to observe the change of flow field around the electrode tool such that the causes of each parameter on the thread produced can be clearly explained. Finally, a well-fabricated thread-like microelectrode with the most number of screw threads and averaged pitch is used to do the drilling process to investigate whether threads will usual in.
