三片型鏡組其特性為可使用最少片數達到校正所有像差,是為基礎鏡頭設計的一種,後續更複雜鏡組可由三片鏡為出發點,增加鏡片片數以達到更好的成像品質。對初學者而言,必須深入研究探討其設計原理以奠定日後設計的基礎。 本研究中主要工作分兩部分:第一部分為對Kingslake在Len Design Fundamentals中所提及的初階安排方法詳加印証,並藉著重複其設計來熟悉整個設計流程;第二部分為在找出良好初階安排之後,後續利用光學設計軟體Zemax對鏡片進行加厚與優化並協助調整MTF曲線,以設計出符合各項成像品質需求的鏡組。 最後,蒐集各年代專利並大約統整估計出一規格f=25mm、F/#=4?5、field=±20°其MTF=0.2處之空間頻率為35(lp/mm)。再依據前述規格作為我們設計目標並換取高折射率玻璃重新進行設計,以相互比較。在僅考慮三個視角,比較兩者結果為在field大了10°的情況下,空間頻率提升為60(lp/mm)。 Triplet is capable of correcting all the seven Seidel aberrations over a wide enough field of view by using the simplest lens construction. It’s one of the basic lens-form and many complicated lens are belonging to its derivatives. As a beginner, it must be further investigate and probe into its design principle in order to establish a well-organized starting points The basic work divides into two parts in our research; Firstly, the triplet design methodology which was described in detail by Kingslake in his book ‘’Lens Design Fundamentals’’ was examined by way of repeating his example, in order to get acquaintance with his instructions. Secondly, after finding the preliminary arrangement of a triplet, we utilize the software Zemax to thick and optimize the lens. One could even modify the MTF curve of the lens according to the demand of the system. Finally, a specification of the lens was carried out in comparison with collected patents, which was served as our experimental design goal. We showed our result is, in a sense of image quality, comparable to Kingslake’s work. This verifies how importance of the preliminary analysis.
