本論文設計符合歐規汽車近光燈法規的白光LED汽車頭燈。首先,我們研究螢光粉的散射模型,用以模擬白光LED之光學模型。接著以白光LED為基礎設計符合歐規之近光燈。在該設計中,我們設計具有15°斜角的封裝結構,此外,藉由晶片的適當排列與成像透鏡的設計,我們討論能量輸出效率與étendue管理的設計。最後我們透過模擬來檢測該光形是否符合ECE法規要求。 In this thesis, we study automobile low beam for ECE regulation based on white-light LEDs. First at all, we study the optical model of phosphor-based LED with scattering model of phosphor. Then, we design the headlamp for ECE low beam. In the design, a 15° wedge structure for special package is proposed. We also design the imaging lens, and based on it, we study the energy efficiency as well as the management of étendue. Finally, we simulate the light pattern by the headlamp and check the pattern with ECE regulation.
