近年來,手機的體積越來越小,所以在手機鏡頭的設計上也嚴格限制整個鏡頭的長度,此論文的研究主要為手機相機鏡頭設計,根據像差理論以及參考一些專利、文章,利用光學設計軟體 ZEMAX 來做手機相機鏡頭的設計與優化。 在優化初始架構部份,設法縮短有效焦距和系統總長,來縮小鏡頭模組的組裝體積,以及提高成像品質,如:MTF 提升、畸變減小…等。 在變焦部份,提出與傳統變焦設計不同的方法:改變其中一片透鏡的曲率、厚度、與透鏡間的距離,來得到不同的有效焦距。 最後,經過上述設計,可以得到體積更小,高成像品質,且有多段變焦的手機照相鏡頭。In recent years, the volume of the cell-phone has been smaller than before, so strictly limit the length of the whole lens in the design of the cell-phone lens. The research of this thesis is mainly designed for the lens design of the cell-phone. Make the design of cell-phone lens more optimized according to some patents and articles based on aberration theory and the use of optical design software ZEMAX. As for the initial structure of the optimization, try to shorten the effective focus length and the total length of optical system, to narrow the assembling volume of the module of the lens, and to improve the quality of image , such as the improvement of MTF and the reduction of distortion and so on. As for the zoom, propose the method different from the traditional design in zoom:Change radius, thickness, and distance between the lens to get the different effective focuses. Finally, according to the above-mentioned design, the volume of the cell phone is smaller than before and the quality of image is higher. And the lens of the cell-phones has higher zoom ratio.
