Abstract:	在全球化所引發的政府角色與職能調整的再造運動，將更強化原有多元族群國家中多數、強勢與主流族群的社會經濟地位。相對而言，少數族群的價值與利益如無獲得制度性安排以及公共政策的保障，勢將在全球化下逐漸式微。台灣作為一個多元族群的國家，長期以來對於少數族群之語言、文化、政治、經濟等具備許多制度性安排，針對少數族群文化之保存、活化也有許多行政與政策性作法，特別是在地方政府中客家族群以及原住民族之族群文化發展方面已經設置了族群型代表性行政機關，並執行了相關的公共政策。然而，這些地方政府的客家族群以及原住民;The reform movement of governmental roles and functional adjustment initiated by globalization will strengthen the original social economic status (SES) of the majority, the dominant and mainstream groups in countries with diverse ethnic groups.
