Abstract:	全球化的族群與文化流動所帶來的多重認同與文化混雜，已成為當代重要的文化與政策議題。許多國家發展多元文化主義，但是仍無法真正捕捉目前文化發展的特質：流動、變化、斷裂、混雜與多重；多元文化政策多從本質主義、穩定的觀點來詮釋文化差異性。相較之下，文化混雜性的概念強調族群文化與認同總在不同的社會、歷史、政治、經濟脈絡下不斷混合、對話、切割與再連結的動態過程，而逐漸受到重視。從台灣社會來看，雖然已經成立族群委員會與發展多元文化主義，強調本質性文化差異的相關論述仍面臨新的挑戰。這個現象特別突顯在客家的經驗;In the contemporary age of globalization, ethnic and cultural flows have led to new trends of multiple identities and cultural hybridity.
