;Ever since the books of inferiority created a boom, the negative impression of inferiority has gradually been turned over. Based on Alder’s individual psychology, this research discusses the positive and negative impacts of compensation on job engagement. The presumption of the research is that compensation brings a positive impact on job engagement; however, it increases the pressure at the same time, causing the decrease of job engagement. This research adapted questionnaire survey and statistical software Process to test the assumption. The result of this research verified that inferiority causes a positive impact on job engagement, but the compensation of inferiority increases pressure, which leads to the decrease of job engagement.
