本研究於實驗室利用控制孔隙率方法,以膠結材料固化污泥成為塑性漿體,再以塑性漿體作為製磚的黏結料,同樣改變漿體填充孔隙比,在控制磚的孔隙率情形下製磚,由塑性漿體及磚的物理性質及力學性質,評估以控制孔隙率方法固化污泥與壓製成磚具有可行性。研究顯示,不同污泥種類會有不同壓實最低孔隙率。膠結材料固化污泥及製磚的研究方面,均發現所有配比試驗與設計高度比及試驗與設計孔隙比之間存在正相關性;15%飛灰對水泥用量較小(30%)及中等(50%)塑性漿體配比的中期(28天)抗壓強度增加幅度較大,而水泥用量較高(70%)試體的中期(28天)抗壓強度會隨飛灰用量增加而增加;爐石粉對水泥用量較小(30%)及較高(70%)配比的中期(28天)抗壓強度未有顯著的影響趨勢,60%爐石粉對中等水泥用量(50%)配比的中期(28天)抗壓強度有顯著提升;使用爐石粉、CFB及水泥混合的複合型膠結料,28天強度約為純水泥塑性漿體的67.7-84.4 %。 塑性漿體製磚研究方面,空隙填漿比增加時,磚的孔隙率就會隨之增加;磚的強度與塑性漿體強度、空隙填漿比及粒料強度互有關聯。;This research uses the control porosity method in laboratory to solify sludge by cementitious material becoming the plastic paste, then the plastic paste becomes as the brick bonding material. The ratio of paste filling the void is also changed, the brick made under the condition of a controlled porosity of the brick. Evaluate the feasibility of solifing the sludge and making brick using the controlled porosity method by the physical properties and mechanical properties of the plastic paste and the brick. The research shows that different sludges have the different compressing lowest porosity. In the research of the sludge solified by cementitious material and then making brick, both found that there are a positive correlation between the experimental and designed height and porosity for all mix proportions. For a less (30%) and medium (50%) cement mix proportions of the plastic paste, a mix with 15% fly ash has a bigger increasing range in the medium-term (28 days) compressive strength. For a more (70%) cement mix proportion of specimen, the medium-term compressive strength increase with increasing fly ash amount. The furnace slag is not obvious impact the trend of the medium-term compressive strength for a less (30%) and more (70%) cement mix proportions of the plastic paste. A 60% of slag is obvious improving the medium-term (28 days) compressive strength for a medium (50%) cement mix proportion. Using the compound cementitious material of slag, CFB and cement, the 28-day compressive strength of this mix is about 67.7-84.4% of that of pure cement mix. In the aspect of making brick by plastic paste, the porosity of brick increases with increasing the void filling paste ratio. The strength of the brick is correlate to the strength of the plastic paste, the void filling paste ratio, and the strength of aggregate.
