    Abstract: 本論文主要研究二維光子晶體中光波的反射及穿透特性。此二維光子晶體主要是利用電子束微影法(e-beam lithography)製作基板的週期性結構,再鍍上週期性的多層膜,一般稱為自我複製法(autocloning)。利用基板的不同週期的組合與多層膜不同材料與週期來設計波長濾波器。分析時先計算能帶結構,再以時域有限差分法(FDTD)做模擬計算。 The aim of the present project is to investigate the properties of the reflectance and transmittance in two dimensional photonic crystal. The two dimensional photonic crystal employees e-beam lithography for manufacturing the periodic structure of the substract, followed with periodic multilayer coating; this technique is known with autocloning. Using this principle, the combination of different periodic structures and the different materials and periodic of the multilayer in the substract can be used to design wavelength filter. The wavelength filter was designed by first calculating the bandstructure then simulated with finite difference time domain algorithm.
