Abstract:	本篇論文利用微波使羧酸 1、N,N’-二苯基硫脲 2a 與鹵烷 3 進行硫酯化反應，一鍋化合成硫酯化合物 4。調整反應條件使其最佳化與研究反應機構。;An one-pot synthesis of thioesters directly from carboxylic acids 1, N,N’-diphenylthiourea 2a, and alkyl halides 3 is described. We attempted to optimize the reaction conditions and to study the mechanism.
