Abstract:	本研究計畫的目標是從當代非營利學術研究的理論概念與經驗研究，探討臺灣政府補助地方客家社團的協力過程模式與影響，並以客家桐花祭為經驗研究標的，全面性探討政府補助地方客家社團推動客家桐花祭在文化、政治、經濟、社會影響或效益之研究評估。本計畫試圖經由資源依賴理論與侍從主義的觀點，分析政府與地方客家社團的協力過程之中治理、行政、自主性以及社會資本等四個構面，以剖析補助關係的本質與影響，並經由質性研究方法，選擇桃園市接受不同政府補助程度的代表性地方客家社團作為研究標的，探討政府補助地方客家社團辦理客家桐花祭;研究期間：10601 ~ 10611
