Abstract:	全球化下大量人口的跨國流動，導致許多國家都開始被定位為多元文化國家。除了美國、加拿大或澳洲；長期被視為同質性民族的國家，如日本與韓國，也在2010 年前後開始聲稱自己的社會為多元文化的共存(multicultural co-living)，或是開始推動多元文化政策。這些國家開始接受在政治層面上回應多元文化的需求，但本身的族群背景、認知多元文化的程度，以及願意接受多大程度的多元性卻相當不同，成為學術界關心的議題。本研究將進行台灣與中國在跨國社群的文化藝術發展，以及多元文化論述與政策的比較。;The emigration trend has inspired a large number of people from less developed countries to immigrate to major capitalist countries.
