Abstract:	隨著抗愛滋病毒療法在公衛防疫上的預防新用，「治療即預防」在晚近成了全球愛滋防治的新典範。雖然此方針以治療權掛帥推行全球，然而其在功利導向下，照護往預防傾斜，它的威權在地效應也一一浮現。諷刺的是，台灣威權列管愛滋的過往防治經驗竟在此刻被國際科學界廣泛引為「治療即預防」奏效的證據。本計畫將以「治療即預防」全球佈局中居前導地位的加拿大及台灣為研究對象，企圖勾勒兩地的愛滋照護文化。本研究援用雜揉科學與科技研究的文化研究為取徑，以溫哥華聖保羅醫院和桃園醫院的愛滋診所為田野觀察場域，在一個互相參照;In recent years, with the increasing biomedicalization of HIV prevention, ‘treatment as prevention’ (TasP) has emerged as the new paradigm of global AIDS policy.
