我國於2002年元月正式成為WTO的一員,未來國外廠商將以平等互惠的方式進入我國各項產業中,對營建產業而言,將面臨前所未有的衝擊。 電子化技術是提昇行政效率與生產管理的一項捷徑,故政府於民國七十年初至今,積極推展產業自動化與電子化技術,以提昇國內各產業的技術。回顧過去營建產業所推行的自動化或電子化技術,往往侷限在業主及承包商之間的相關管理技術,對於材料供應商的部分,幾乎沒有相關的研究。為了提昇材料供應商在整個工程生命週期中的重要性,並能落實材料品質保證工作,本研究將瀝青混凝土拌合廠品質保證工作建構成電子化系統,其內容包括材料相關試驗規範資料庫的建立、各種配合設計的流程及方法、相關材料驗收規定、品質管制圖的繪製及相關試驗儀器的查驗五大部分,本系統希望能協助瀝青混凝土拌合廠進行品質保證的相關工作,促使瀝青混凝土拌合廠的品質保證工作能更落實,進而提昇國內瀝青混凝土拌合廠的水準,提昇其競爭力。 This study is focused on developing computer program for traditional industry. Since electronic technology is an efficiency solution for improving administration and management, our government keeps developing it for upgrading technology level for all industry. For improving the importance of material supplier in whole civil engineering industry, this research intends to developing a computer system for carrying out the quality assurance system of engineering material during construction period. The program is constituted by several components. A database of relative material testing specification, makes it easy to ensure construction materials can meet the specification. An automatic asphalt mixture mix design system for all kinds of pavement. A database of pavement construction accept criteria codes. A powerful tool to draw quality control charts. A checking flowchart for relative testing instruments. The computer system is designed for improving pavement construction’s skill level and is well developed.
