本論文提出一可用於成像品質分析之折射式費耐爾透鏡設計與優化流程,基於系統結構限制與成像品質之要求量身定做,解決以購買現成規格之費耐爾透鏡套用至系統,卻不一定完全符合使用需求的窘境。本論文同時也以純量繞射理論為基礎,開發出一繞射式費耐爾透鏡分析程式,此程式可計算出系統的點擴散函數 (Point Spread Function) 與調制穿透函數 (Modulation Transfer Function),並能依照真實情況,建立成像系統的感光元件的像素尺寸及分佈資訊,計算與分析出各個像素上的能量比。 ;In this thesis, we proposed a process of design, analysis and optimization of an imaging system using refractive Fresnel lens. The advantage is that the lens can be customized according to the limitations of the system and the requirements of the image quality. The proposed process aims to avoid a common problem that customers cannot put a suitable ready-made Fresnel lens into their system. We also developed an optical analysis program for diffractive Fresnel lens based on the scalar diffraction theory. The program can effectively calculate and simulate Point Spread Function (PSF) and Modulation Transfer Function (MTF) of system. According to the information of pixel size and pixel distribution on the sensor, the proposed program can also calculate and analyze the energy distribution on each pixel.
