本論文研究散射粒子TiO2摻入YAG螢光粉當中對光色特性之影響。以實驗室團隊既有之螢光粉粒子數與光通量關係函數為基礎,擬合螢光粉摻入散射粒子後光通量的變化關係,並找出關係函數中參數的變化趨勢,最終估算在實驗架構中能使光通量最大化時散射粒子的摻入濃度,以及固定色溫下摻入各濃度散射粒子的光通量表現。分析中利用擬合結果探討摻入散射粒子對光通量提升,螢光粉轉換效能及螢光粉減量之影響。;In this thesis, we discuss the effect of TiO2 scattering particles on photometric characteristics of pcW-LED. Based on the discovered relation between the output power of pc-WLED and the phosphor particle numbers, we can estimate the maximal output power with any specific CCT of pcW-LED and their corresponding concentration of scattering particles needed. In addition, the Y/B conversion efficacy of phosphor and the reduction of the phosphor are also explored in depth.
