Abstract:	自從政府開始推動社區營造政策以來，行政院各部會陸續提出各項中長期之社區營造相關企劃案。各項企畫案的初衷乃在於希望藉著由下而上的提案方式，讓社區居民可以主動發現社區問題，進而自主提案，來達到公民參與之目的。本研究之研究範圍，桃園市龍潭區係為農村復興委員會，指導協助推動「基層民生建設」選定的對象之一，以及近年來水土保持局在本地持續推動農村再生計畫。其目的在於希望藉由社區居民主動參與社區事務，再配合政府之協助，共同來完成農村所缺乏之基礎建設。本研究欲透過訪談法的方式來了解農村社區之居民是因為甚麼原因而願意參與農村再生計畫之培訓與實作？而在參與之後，又是基於甚麼因素，而願意長期留在社區執行計畫。經過質性研究方法之探討後發現，社區居民起初會因為人際網絡因素而參與社區事務，之後則會因為自我成長以及利他服務等動機而願意長期留在社區團體，為社區奉獻。;Since the government began to promote community development policies, various administrative departments of the Executive Yuan have successively proposed all medium and long-term community development plans. The original intention of all the plans is to hope that through the bottom-up proposal,community residents can take the initiative to discover community issues and then make voluntary proposals to achieve the goal of citizen participation. The research scope of this study is Longtan District of Taoyuan City that is one of the objects selected by the Rural Rehabilitation Committee to help promote the "grassroots livelihood construction", and the Soil and Water Conservation Bureau has continuously promoted rural regeneration projects in recent years.Its purpose is to hope that community residents take the initiative to participate in community affairs and then cooperate with the government to jointly accomplish the lack of rural infrastructure. In this study, we want to know how the residents of rural communities are willing to participate in the training and implementation of rural regeneration programs through interviews. After the participation,We want to know what factors makes community residents willing to stay in the community to implement the project for a long time. After a qualitative research methods, it is found that community residents initially participated in community affairs due to interpersonal networks. Later, they would be willing to remain in community groups for a long time to contribute to the community because of their self-growth and altruistic services.
