本研究目的為探討非上班時間使用ICT執行工作任務程度的使用在個體的分離偏好及工作家庭衝突關係,以及邊界控制在非上班時間使用ICT執行工作任務程度與工作家庭衝突之間所扮演的調節效果。 本研究採用問卷調查法,共回收244份有效配對樣本。研究結果顯示,分離偏好對工作家庭衝突有正向的影響;分離偏好對非上班時間使用ICT執行工作任務程度有負向的影響;非上班時間使用ICT執行工作任務程度對工作家庭衝突有正向的影響;非上班時間ICT使用程度在分離偏好及工作家庭衝突之間具有中介效果;但邊界控制會調節非上班時間ICT使用程度與工作家庭衝突的正向關係並不成立。 ;This study was to investigate the relationship between using ICT in non-working time, segmentation preference and work-family conflict. We also examine the moderating effect of boundary control between using ICT in non-working time and work-family conflict. This research surveyed employees in a manufacturing company and collected 244 valid samples. The result shows that segmentation preference has significantly positive effects on work-family conflict; segmentation preference has significantly negative effects on using ICT in non-working time; using ICT in non-working time has significantly positive effects on work-family conflict; the relationship between segmentation preference and work-family conflict will be mediated by using ICT in non-working time and moderating effect of boundary control has no significant effect on the relationship of using ICT in non-working time and work-family conflict.
