本研究藉由對國內金融、保險產業從業人員的實證研究,探討在金融科技興起的環 境下,工作自主性的改變是否導致員工的科技壓力不安全感的知覺,並研究科技不確 定性對科技壓力不安全感之干擾作用,進一步探討工作自主性經由科技壓力不安全感, 如何影響離職傾向之效果。 本研究透過問卷調查,以國內金融、保險產業之主管職及一般同仁為填答對象, 調查時間為2017年12月至2018年1月,共取得296份有效問卷。採用階層迴歸法, 檢驗自變項為「工作自主性」;依變項為「離職傾向」;中介變項為「科技壓力不安全 感」及干擾變項為「科技不確定性」之關聯性。 研究結果顯示工作自主性與科技壓力不安全感、離職傾向皆有顯著負向關聯、科 技壓力不安全感與離職傾向有正向關聯、科技壓力不安全感在工作自主性與離職傾向 之間具有中介效果。另科技不確定性對科技壓力不安全感不具顯著干擾效果。;This study is aimed at the empirical research on the financial industry and insurance industry, and the purpose is to investigate whether the job autonomy affects the techno insecurity of the employees, also examine the relationship between the techno uncertainly and techno insecurity, and further explore how Job Autonomy affect Turnover Intention, through the Techno Insecurity. Through the questionnaire survey, 296 questionnaires were obtained from December 2017 to January 2018. With hierarchical regression analysis, this study examined the association between independent variable“job autonomy”,dependent variable “turnover intention”,intervening variable “techno insecurity” and interference variable “techno-uncertainly”. The results suggested that job autonomy has negative correlation both of techno insecurity and turnover intention.There is also an intermediary effect of techno insecurity between job autonomy and turnover intention. Techno-uncertainly has no effect of techno insecurity.
