    摘要: OLED產業發展至今已進入商業化時代,對於三原色所需求的材料條件更是越加嚴苛,在藍光材料所產生的困境也被彰顯出來,而由Chihaya Adachi教授所提出的Metal-Free之熱延遲活化螢光材料的分子設計正好替藍光材料帶來一線曙光。本篇論文使用氧化磷、二氮螺旋雙芴、四苯基苯噁二唑等五個結構為電子受體,並與五個Acridan的衍生物之電子予體做配合,共計提出21種化合物。我們將根據量測結果探討各個電子予體與電子受體之特性,並將其中較有潛力的組合製成參雜型有機電激發光二極體元件,討論這類化合物在元件的表現。;OLED, Organic light Emitting Diode has now become more and more commercialized. Therefore, the urgent and distrcit need of three types of color - green, red, blue has drawn everybody to this search area. Aspecially the blue color, which has been a problem to catch up the efficiency of the other two colors to forn white light. Since professor Chihaya adachi brought a brand new metal free design of TADF, we had discovered a chance for blue light materials.
    In this thesis, we choose phosphine oxide, diaza spirofluorene, tetraphenyl phenyl oxadiazole, totally five accepter to conbine with five acridan derivatives, which are donors, and come up with 21 compound as blue emitter candidates.
    We will discuss the properties we can get and choose few compound which has potential to make the devices to check the device properties.
