本研究為軟性電路板製作與硬體設計包含微處理器、感測器、藍芽結合,並實際裝置在設備上做監控,進而改善光電產業製程,我們可以透過輕薄、短小的智慧貼紙裝在相對應的設備上,優點在於貼紙本身可以貼合在各種凹凸表面,透過藍芽傳輸的感測器數值到手機上,工程師們可以實際掌握設備資訊,方便工程師與設備做溝通和校正。 現有的中小企業工廠設備可能不是那麼先進,要自動化的成本太高,許多企業不願意嘗試,本實驗提供一個低成本且不需要額外安裝的智慧裝置,利用溫度、光、三軸加速度感測器安裝在設備上方便工程師做監控以提升製程品質。 ;The construction of the study is flexible circuit board fabrication and hardware design, including microprocessors, sensors, Bluetooth. By monitoring through these devices on the equipment, it can be improved the manufacturing process in Optoelectronic industry. Flexible PCB sensor tag is a thin, short and smart sticker that can be installed on the equipment. The advantage of the stickers is available to be put on every concave and convex surface through the sensor value of Bluetooth transmission to the phone. It can help engineers to control the information easily and adjust the equipment efficiently by using Flexible PCB sensor tag. Nowadays, most of SME factory may not have these advanced equipment due to the cost of automation is too high. Many companies are reluctant to try. The experiment provides a low-cost and external sensor by combining the temperature, light and three-axis acceleration for engineers that installed on the equipment. By using this facility, engineers can be more convenient for monitoring and advance the quality of the manufacturing process at lower cost.
