太空科技是各國科技發展的重點,因其可展現出國家各層面的實力的表現,我國近年來對太空科技的發展亦極為重視。而發展衛星通訊系統的籌建前,需先透過系統的鏈路預算分析,考量通訊系統的相關參數,才能使整個系統的發展效益最佳化。 本研究的目的是以遙測衛星為研究主體,探討我國遙測衛星的未來發展趨勢。本研究先分析世界各國衛星的發展及運用任務,並將台灣衛星發展、國際組織對衛星通訊技術的相關規範簡介,探討鏈路預算估測所需考量的相關參數,分析我國遙測衛星通訊系統的的規格特性,針對衛星通訊架構組織的硬體設備部分,以市面上的太空相關產品的規格做探討,歸納出台灣遙測衛星在衛星通訊方面的發展。 ;Space technology is the point of the technological development for all countries, because it can show the national capability of the country at all levels. In recently years, our country attaches great importance to development of space technology. Before the establishment of a satellite communication system, it is necessary to analyze the correlation coefficient of the communication system by link budget analysis, to optimize the development benefits of the entire system. The purpose of this research is based on Taiwan’s TT&C satellites and explores the development in Taiwan. To begin with this research, will be analysis the development and application of satellites in the countries of the world, then, introduce the Taiwan′s satellite development, international organizations’ specifications for satellite communication technologies, and explore the related parameters of the link budget estimation. Next, analyzes the TT&C satellite communication systems in Taiwan, on the specification of the hardware components of the satellite communication architecture, to discuss in terms of the market products′ specifications, last summarize the development in Taiwan.
