    Abstract: 本計畫將針對液化天然氣超低溫流體之蒸發熱傳所需之設備,結合本校與波蘭Wroclaw 科技大學 之專長,從低溫工作流體在板式熱交換器內之兩相流動熱傳分析、熱交換器設計製作,以至於系統 應用進行一貫之系統研究,並進行性能測試及比較,期能得出最佳性能之交換器設計。整體計畫包 括四項主要工作,分別由我國中央大學、台北科技大學及波蘭Wroclaw 科技大學完成。 子項工作1:低溫流體在板式熱交換器內之流動模擬分析,Wroclaw University 子項工作2:板式熱交換器設計製作,中央大學 子項工作3:LNG 在板式熱交換器內之蒸發熱傳及流動壓降測試,台北科技大學 子項工作4:LNG 在板式熱交換器內之蒸發熱傳應用,Wroclaw University 整體計畫期限為三年,第一年完成板式熱交換器設計及原型製作、實驗系統建立以及超低溫流體 系統市場分析,提出可能應用系統建議及設計。第二年完成LNG 在板式熱交換器內之流力及熱傳分 析、改良熱交換器設計,熱傳及流力性能測試以及蒸發系統應用裝置及測試。第三年完成分析結果 與實驗比對,完成最佳化熱交換器設計,得出性能曲線,以及完成應用可能之冷能回收及系統效率 分析。 ;The global annual consumption of liquid gases is growing fast. This is especially visible in the case of the LNG market, which is characterized by an increase in consumption of about 7% per year. Other gases, like nitrogen and argon, are used as protective atmospheres, and they can be obtained at highest purity after re-gasification from their liquid states. This situation creates a need for high efficiency heat exchangers that are suitable for liquid gas vaporization, optionally allowing the recovery of physical exergy from the gas and characterized by safe operation and low failure risk. We propose the development of dedicated Plate Heat Exchangers (PHE) that are suitable for cryogen vaporization and condensation. The project will be composed of the following tasks (Work Packages) that collaborated by Taiwanese and Polish institutions: 1. Numerical modeling of flow processes in heat exchangers, 1. Wroclaw University of Technology 2. Plate heat exchanger design and fabrication for cryogenic fluids, National Central University 3. Evaporation heat transfer and flow resistance performance test, National Taipei University of Technology 4. LNG vaporization applications, Wroclaw University of Technology
