中文摘要 過去由於台灣經濟快速成長,於交通建設中大量的興建橋梁。但隨著全球經濟成長的趨緩以及國內意外事件如澎湖跨海大橋因嚴重腐蝕而提前改建和民國八十九年高屏大橋落橋事件發生後,使得政府開始對國內橋梁耐久性開始逐漸重視。 相較於日本、中國大陸以及歐盟等其他先進國家,國內由於缺乏統計資料,目前仍無專為橋梁耐久性設計、評估之規範。在本研究中即參考他國的經驗,訂定一套屬於國內之混凝土橋梁耐久性評估方法,希望能藉由此評估模式作為開端,提供日後橋梁耐久性檢測評估之用。主要的研究目的為: 1. 以生命週期之觀念應用於橋梁耐久性方面之評估與管理。 2. 訂定混凝土橋梁耐久性評估關鍵因素。 希望藉由檢測評估之同時,累積足夠之橋梁檢測資訊,訂定相關之耐久性規範,健全國內橋梁耐久性之檢測評估流程,保障全體國民之生命財產安全。 Abstract In recent years, performance of durability for the bridges was seriously considered. Methods to evaluate the durability of the bridges are still yet available. However, a rather mature and well defined method proposed by JSCE and will be used as a protocol for the development of a method to be used in Taiwan. In this thesis, we propose a method to evaluate concrete bridges. The purposes of this study are as follows: 1. Establish a durability evaluation method of concrete bridges for BMS with Life-Cycle Cost concepts. 2. Decide the key factors of the durability evaluation method of concrete bridges. This study briefly establishes a durability evaluation method of concrete bridges.The threshold for classing the level of durability of the bridges is artificial. Futher improvement can be made when more information is available.
