    Abstract: 《禮記》是中國哲學經典之一,涵蓋人生中的種種生命儀禮,而飲食乃是人生活中重要的一環,其與人生的體驗、生活感知密切而不可分,在中國古代社會裡,上自朝廷的國家大政,下至民間的日常飲食,無不是在「禮」的規範下進行,從古典到現代,相關探討《禮記》的研究豐碩,也是後世不斷考據與運用的重要大全,本研究以《禮記》有關飲食的相關內容為文本,探討其中關於飲食活動相關的篇章並進行詮釋,運用體驗論瞭解其在人的相關體驗、體證和體現中所呈現出來的樣貌,本文嘗試「中介嵌結法」試圖釐清《禮記》中關於飲食多樣型態描述到如何實踐的中間過程中,探討為何致此而所形成的整個「中介嵌結關係」;因為飲食同樣具有轉化身心感官與感知的重要功能,因此,在生命過渡及歲時節慶儀式中扮演著舉足輕重的地位,藉由突現理論挖掘文本重要篇章中所突現出的最優價值祈嚮在個人身心教養及軌約作用上發揮的重要潛移默化功能。中華文化自古以「禮」淳風俗、施教化,而成為名副其實的禮義之邦。「禮」是尋求存在於各種不同對象之間最適切的對待關係,它既是一套曾經存在於現實之中的制度,又是一種極富理想性的構想;這種兩極性,同樣也存在於記載種種禮制與理想的典籍之中,講「禮」重在求取節文背後的禮意,而能因時制宜;因此,從《禮記》一書探究飲食體驗論的重要性與時代意義,由此可見。;"Book of Rites" is one of the classics of Chinese philosophy, covering all kinds of life rituals in life, and diet is an important part of human life. It is closely related to the experience of life and the perception of life. In ancient Chinese society, The national policy of the imperial court, down to the daily diet of the people, is carried out under the norms of "ritual". From classical to modern, the research on the "Book of Rites" is rich and important, and it is also an important book for the subsequent examination and application of future generations. The related content of Diet in "Book of Rites" is a text, which explores and interprets the chapters related to eating activities, and uses experience theory to understand the appearances of people in related experiences, evidences and manifestations. The Inlay Method seeks to clarify the intermedium connection process of how the diet is described in the Book of Rites, and explores why the entire " connection " is formed; because the diet also transforms the senses and perceptions of the body and mind. Important functions, therefore, play a pivotal role in the transition of life and the anniversaries of the age, by highlighting On the optimal value Imperative text mining an important chapter in the fore of the important features subtle play on a personal physical and mental upbringing and about the role of regulative. China is worthy of the repute “State of Rites” as Rites has been used to purify the folkways and educate people since time immemorial.”Rites” is the most appropriate action to be taken when one interacts with different subjects. As an idealistic construct that exists in real life, the extremities of rites can be found documented in books on rites and ideologies. The Book of Rites, is a compilation of ancient Chinese rites. The essence of “rites” is in fact a courteous intention as indicated by the book which can be applied to suit various occasions, thus making the Book of Rites one of the most important books on defining the meaning of rites.
