研究結果發現,政府在產業中握有最大主控權,創新者應保持良好的回應機制、組織強大的關鍵合作夥伴、嘗試與競業成為合作夥伴、擴大目標客群,以各面向的力量牽制制度力量,本研究希望做為未來研究及新創企業面對機構制度的參考依據,並提出制度觀點下商業模式的未來研究方向。;Innovation Diffusion Theory has been to business model research, and most analysis are from the perspective of business strategy. However, there are many conceptual and empirical studies but few literature reviews regarding. This research intends to explore how entrepreneurs overcome the challenges in the institutional environment and adjust their business model, as well as how enterprises react to the institutions that pose restrictions on them. Focusing on the collection and integration of literature on “business model” and “institutional theory”, this research takes Uber as the case study subject and probes into the institutional pressure it encounters and the corresponding strategies it adopts.
Results find that as the government holds dominance in the industry, entrepreneurs should maintain proper measures for reaction, organize strong partnership for major collaboration, seek cooperation with enterprises in the same industry and expand the population of target customers, to balance the situation when facing the institutions by the force from various aspects. This study hopes to serve as a practical reference for the future researches in this field and the startups which struggle with the institutions, and also proposes the directions for future researches on business model under institutional perspective.
