目前為止,「智慧建築標章」制度已經在台灣實施了十數年。與此同時,近十年來,科技的發展和進步已經極大地改變了人們的居住生活方式。而既有的「智慧建築標章」評估制度也需要被重新審視,探討是否符合現階段使用者的實際需求。本研究的目的在於根據使用者的需求確定「智慧建築標章」制度評估指標及評估因子的優先順序。 本研究通過文獻回顧以及專家訪談等方法,總結歸納了構建層級分析法問卷架構的7項評估構面和30項評估因子。問卷訪談對象為從事相關課題研究及實務工作且資歷至少為五年以上的專家代表。在簡易抽樣的基礎上,本研究共回收20份有效問卷可供後續進一步分析。研究結果表明「安全防災」、「系統整合」以及「節能管理」被排在評估指標的前三位;而排在前三位的評估因子為「防火系統」、「防盜監視系統」以及「緊急求救系統」。雖然「防火系統」仍然是最重要之評估因子,但研究結果強調,「節能管理」為現階段新的發展趨勢,需要建商營造廠商在未來給予更多的關注。 ;The intelligent building label has been employed for over a decade in Taiwan. Meanwhile, technologies that have been developed and improved significantly have changed people’s life styles in the recent decade. The original design for intelligent building label needs to be re-reviewed to see if it fits the users’ demands. The study goal is to determine the priority for intelligent building label based on users’ demands. The literature review and expert interviews summarized 7 aspects with 30 factors that construct the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) questionnaire. The target subjects are experts, who have worked on related issues for over 5 years. Based on convenient sampling, there are 20 effective returns for further analyses. The results show that top three aspects are disaster prevention and safety, energy saving management, and system integration, respectively; and the top three important factors are fire-prevention system, surveillance system, and security system. Although fire prevention is still the most important factor, the findings highlighted that energy saving management is a new trend and needs builders to pay more attention in the future.
