本計畫擬開發光致激發與電致激發的光子晶體鈣鈦礦雷射,由本計畫共同主持人本校詹佳樺教授進行鈣鈦礦與奈米小球的材料合成。我們首先將進行鈣鈦礦CsPbBr3的材料光增益的量測,並使用加壓加熱法提升材料光增益。我們擬以奈米小球、奈米壓印與電子束微影法製作光子晶體結構,並使用詹教授已開發之鈣鈦礦發光二極體的結構來製作光致激發與電致激發光子晶體雷射。 ;In this project, we aim to develop the optically and electrically pumped Perovskitephotonic crystal lasers. Our co-PI, Prof. Chia-Hua Chan, will provide thePerovskite CsPbBr3 and microspheres required in this project. The thermal andpressed treatments will be applied on the Perovskite. We will try to ameliorate theoptical gain of the materials by using these treatments. Based on the PerovskiteLED structure and the fabrication process that Prof. Chan has developed, themicrospheres, nano-imprint and ebeam lithography will be used to fabricate thelasers.
