時程遲延在營建工程專案經常出現,致使時程延遲的履約爭議日益增加,如何於執行中落實時程管理以及在逾期後釐清責任,是目前時程管理工作者,乃至於承包商與業主皆十分重視的議題。過往的研究把時程管理與時程延遲分析視為兩個獨立的領域,並已在個別領域發展出許多不同的方法,然而到目前為止實務上的問題仍依舊存在。經由初步分析後,本研究認為可以結合EVM/EDM/ESM等用於推估工期與管控時程的作法,使時程延遲於專案進行中能夠獲得預估,並於專案結束後能夠快速獲得分析與釐清,進而提升時程管理與時程延遲分析之執行成效。 ;Schedule delays commonly appear in construction projects and result in schedule delay claims progressively. How to implement well-organized schedule management works during the course of project execution and suitable schedule delay analysis after project completion have received much attention not only from professional schedule managers but also from the contractor and the client. Past researches treat schedule management work and schedule delay analysis into two independent areas. There are many innovative methods for schedule management work and schedule delay analysis; however, many problems related to schedule management and delay analysis still exist. Based on a preliminary study, this study proposes to incorporate duration forecasting and schedule management approaches from EVM/EDM/ESM into schedule analysis methods. This study targets on developing a new method that could be used to predict schedule delays during the course of project execution and could be used to analyze the delay liability quickly and correctly after project completion. It is anticipated that the proposed method can improve the performance of schedule management and delay analysis.
