由於社會發展日趨複雜，隨著社會群居生活的依賴，生活範圍不斷擴大，為了應付複雜且大量的資訊，科技不斷的變化與更新，科技帶來了文明，相對的也加深人類心靈上的分裂，雖然生活上的物質面改善了，但是人心却無止境的追求外在的享樂，而忽略了心靈涵養的重要性，因此本文想循《莊子》自然思想，以透過「坐忘」、「心齋」、「吾喪我」的修養工夫為進路，當人生遭遇困難時，才能有豁達及開放的心靈去面對人生的困境。
以《莊子》自然的思想「順應自然」的方式，讓我們對生命內涵更進一步的認知，學會關懷生命、尊重生命，以《莊子》的人文精神，做為心智訓練，強化精神的意志，面對生活困頓時，或是對生活忙碌而感到焦慮時，更應該理性思考，在生存的環境中，找到最適切的方式，活出自適自在的生命。
本文透過《莊子》思想的脈絡，在人文精神潛移默化下，篏結修養工夫，讓人們對生命更加的關懷與尊重，以哲學為一種生活智慧，因應現今社會生命及生存的問題。
;Abstract
Due to the increasing complexity of social development, dependence on social Group life. The scope of life is constantly expanding, to cope with complex and large amounts of information. Continuous changes and updates in technology, technology brings civilization relatively deepening the division of the human mind. Although the material aspect of life has improved, but the hearts of the people are endlessly pursuing external pleasures,ignore the importance of spiritual cultivation. Therefore, this article wants to follow the natural thoughts of Zhuangzi. Through self-cultivation. When life is in trouble, in order to be open-minded to face dilemma of life.
The way of “conforming nature” with the natural thought of “Zhuangzi”, let us further understand the meaning of life, learn to care and respect for life. Zhuangzi’s wisdom of life as a mental training and strengthen the will of the spirit, In the face of life difficulties or when you are busy and feel anxious, rational thinking in a living environment, find the best way, live a self-sufficient life.
Through re-explanation of “Zhuang” thought of the nature. Under the subtle influence of humanistic spirit, knot cultivation time let people care respect life more. Philosophy as a life wisdom, in response to the problems of life and survival in today’s society. |
