;ABSTRACT Bilateral relations between Indonesia and Taiwan have been going on for a long time and have also been applied to the fields of economy and employment. The focus is on the field of placement of cross-country economic, whic is more dominated by Indonesian Workers (TKI) to try their luck in the formosa country. With the increasing number of TKI placements to Taiwan, in this case the Government of Indonesia is represented by the Indonesian Embassy (IETO) as the front guard abroad with representatives of the Government of Taiwan namely the Ministry of Man Power (MOM). The Indonesian Embassy in accordance with its functions and responsibilities, will work to the maximum extent possible in the service of Indonesian citizens. The Indonesian Embassy conducts active communication diplomacy with relevant agencies, if there is a criminal or severe legal case the Indonesian Embassy will provide assisstance in collaboration with local lawyers until the reading of the sentences including the defence of each court trial.
