    Abstract: 臺北捷運系統經數十年的建設初期路網已完成,雖仍有新建的需求,但已營運路線,在設施逐漸步入壽命中期及劣化情形漸生下,對維護作業的需求強度日漸提高,但我國對於此類基礎設施向來有重新建、輕維修的情形,對維護管理作業的相關探討及研究並不多,而捷運營運品質除有賴對場站、隧道及橋梁基本的維護、確實管理及適宜的檢測,更需管理單位持續投入合理人力及經費充分配合,才能確保營運安全,因此本研究先就目前的鐵、公路及捷運橋梁維護檢查規範及機制進行整理,並就臺北捷運內湖線的自辦及委外橋梁維護及檢測作業加以探討,尋求在人力及經費逐漸減少下,簡化檢修作業流程及表單,提昇橋梁檢測效率,來落實執行的橋梁維護作業,並透過善用外部資源及專門機構的檢測能力來補足臺北捷運自身橋梁檢測作業不足之處,希望本研究所擬各項建議能提昇捷運橋梁維護績效,達到捷運永續使用的目的外,更能提供給未來各都捷運公司進行橋梁維護作業擬定時之參考。;The Taipei MRT system has been built for decades, the initial road network has been completed. Although there is still a demand for new construction, as the operating route has entered the middle of its life, the deterioration situation has gradually emerged, the demand for maintenance operations has gradually increased.
    However, such infrastructure always focuses on the construction but not on the maintenance, there are not many studies on maintenance management operations.
    The quality of MRT depends on the basic maintenance of stations, tunnel, and bridge, the management, and appropriate inspection, it also requires the management department to invest reasonable manpower and funds, to ensure the safety of MRT operation.
    Therefore, this study sorts out the current maintenance and inspection specifications and mechanisms for railways, highways, and MRT bridges, and discuss the bridge maintenance, inspection operations of the Neihu Line, Taipei MRT.
    Then seek to implement the maintenance work of the bridge by improving the efficiency of inspection, simplifying the maintenance operation process and forms, with a decrease in manpower and funding.
    And by making good use of external resources and the testing capabilities of specialized agencies, it can make up for the shortcomings of Taipei MRT ’s own bridge testing operations.
    Hoped that the recommendations proposed in this study can improve the performance of bridge maintenance and achieve the purpose of sustainable use of MRT, and provide the bridge′s maintenance planning a reference.
