摘要:	本研究主要探討金控銀行分行市占率對經營績效之影響，使用政府公開資料，並以縱橫資料型態來進行實證分析樣本資料包含 2006 年至 2019 年國內 15 家金控銀行，本研究採用最小平方法和固定效果模型來分析銀行績效指標，將樣本資料區分為全部、法金、個金等類型銀行，探討分行市占率及其放款比率對經營績效之影響，本研究實證結果顯示，分行市占率在個金銀行下，對資產報酬率及股東權益報酬率均有負向顯著影響，適逢低利時代及數位化潮流，其分行增設效益不易彰顯，餘類型銀行則無顯著影響；另放款比率在則對於資產報酬率及股東權益報酬率均呈無顯著但呈正向影響。;This research mainly discusses the impact of the market share of financial holding branches on operating performance, using government public funds Data, and conduct empirical analysis with vertical and horizontal data types. Sample data includes domestic data from 2006 to 2019 15Financial control bank, this study uses the least squares method and fixed effect model to analyze bank performance indicators, The sample data is divided into all types, legal funds, individual funds and other types of banks, to explore the impact of branch market share and loan ratio on operating performance. The empirical results of this study show that the branch market share is under the gold bank, and the return on assets And the return on equity of shareholders have a negative and significant impact, which is suitable for the era of low profits and the trend of digitalization, and the benefits of the addition of branches are not easy to show, and there is no significant impact on other types of banks; There were no significant but positive effects.
