    Abstract: 本論文提出了使用低解析度的霍爾感測器,改良轉子位置估測方法
    並應用於永磁同步馬達(Permanent Magnet Synchronous Motor, PMSM)控
    制。霍爾感測器只能偵測馬達換相時的轉子角度位置,在其它位置則藉
    由估測來獲得。但是由於其本身低解析度的特性,加上安裝誤差導致不
    對稱偏移,造成在位置估測上造成誤差,無法得到準確的轉子位置,使
    得系統不穩定。
    為了解決霍爾感測器低解析度及位置偏差的問題,本論文利用霍爾
    感測器的換相點來估測轉子位置,提出了使用最小平方法,來降低位置
    誤差且達到和高解析度感測器一樣的效果。以此位置估測方法,應用於
    一種結合空間向量脈波寬度調變(Space Vector Pluse Modulation , SVPWM)
    和直接轉矩控制(Direct Torque Control, DTC)的方法來控制永磁同步馬
    達。;This thesis proposes a low-resolution Hall sensor to improve the rotor position
    estimation method and apply it to the Permanent Magnet Synchronous
    Motor (PMSM) control. The Hall sensor can only obtain the angular position of
    the rotor when the motor is commutated, and it can be obtained by estimation
    at other times. Based on its low resolution characteristics, coupled with installation
    errors, it leads to an asymmetric offset, resulting in errors are caused in
    the position estimation, and the accurate rotor position cannot be obtained, making
    the system unstable.
    In order to solve the problem of low resolution and position deviation of
    the Hall sensor, this article proposes to use the least square method and use the
    commutation point of the Hall sensor to estimate the rotor position to reduce the
    position error and achieve high resolution degree sensor like effect. In addition
    to the position estimation method, a method combining Space Vector Pluse
    Modulation (SVPWM) and Direct Torque Control (DTC) is also used to control
    the motor.
