對於高科技廠房而言,設備的妥善率與可靠度是營運績效的重要指標,因此設備維護管理對於高科技產業來說是一項重要的基礎性工作,一旦設備維護需求成立,其後續的「委外管理」、「契約管理」、「設備維護」等行為就需要審慎的評估與有效的管理,才能確保維護工作能如質如期的產生預期上的價值。在現今高度競爭的企業環境下,基於企業對於降低設備失效風險的需求,執行預防保養機制並尋求專責承攬商進行有系統的維護行為便是常見的方式。換而言之,將非核心業務轉移至外部資源,進而專注核心價值的提升是一種提高產能與競爭力的作法,這也突顯出委外管理與維護契約管理對於高科技業的重要性。本研究針對高科技廠房執行設備維護所面臨之契約管理問題進行分析,透過實務經驗觀察與專家訪談結果,歸納出維護契約執行過程中可能產生的問題並整理出關鍵因素,提供後續決策者與維護者進行參考。此外,本研究提出可供高科技產業參考的維護契約型態選擇流程與建議,藉以建立一套維護契約選擇之參考程序,做為高科技產業日後在設備維護契約管理上有效的參考工具。;The completeness and reliability of equipment are important indicators of operation performance for enterprises, and equipment maintenance management is therefore a critical task. Once the needs of equipment maintenance exist, "outsourcing management," "contract management," "equipment maintenance" and other actions require careful evaluation and effective management to ensure that the maintenance work can bring the quality and value as expected. Nowadays, the market for most companies are highly competitive. It is a common means to implement preventive maintenance and to assign specific contractors for systematic maintenance activities for the mitigation of risks on equipment failure. In other words, one of good approaches is to utilize external resources on miscellaneous affairs so that the corporate can focus on increasing productivity and competitiveness as the core value of the enterprise. This also highlights the importance of outsourcing management and maintenance contract management for enterprises. This study discusses on the issues of "maintenance contract establishment" and "maintenance contract management" in high-tech factory equipment maintenance works. The objectives of this study is to summarize the potential issues that may arise during the execution of the maintenance contract and then to identify the key factors through practical experience observation and expert interviews. The study also highlights key points for decision makers and maintenance managements for conducting equipment maintenance works. In addition, the main contribution of this research is to give recommendations for the selection of maintenance contract types that can be referenced by the enterprise. The developed maintenance contract selection approach would be an effective tool for enterprises to maintain high-tech equipment in the future.
