本研究之主要目的為研發一個智慧箱梁檢測機器人代替檢測人員進入狹小無法進入之箱梁內進行檢測。針對劣化檢查對象,將會利用機械手臂在箱梁內佈設無線智慧感測標籤,可用來感測諸如積水、漏水、構件損傷變形等異常或劣化狀況,並可由智慧機器人上之讀取器讀取數據或是喚醒智慧標籤回傳資料。機器人上的攝影機可以無線回傳高解析影像針對常見劣化現象進行檢查本研究預計以三年的時間完成所提出之研究內容,前兩前年主要著重於智慧機器人軟硬體開發,第三年則會開發基於智慧感測標籤的結構檢測系統並與智慧機器人整合並會在實驗室和現地進行測試驗證。 ;The main purpose of this research is to develop a smart box girder inspection robot to replace the inspector to enter the narrow and inaccessible box girder for inspection. For the deterioration inspection object, a wireless smart sensing tag will be placed inside the box beam using a robot arm, which can be used to sense abnormal or degraded conditions such as stagnant water, water leakage, damage and deformation of components, and data can be read by the reader on the smart robot or wake up the smart tag to return data. The camera on the robot can wirelessly transmit high-resolution images to check for common degradation phenomena. This study is expected to complete the proposed research content in three years. The first two years mainly focused on the development of software and hardware for smart robots. In the third year, a structural inspection system based on smart sensor tags will be developed and integrated with smart robots, and will be tested and verified in the laboratory and in the field.
