Abstract:	我國即將由「高齡化社會」進入「高齡社會」，面對高齡社會的來臨，政府與民間有著不同的長期照護模式，其中喘息服務旨在讓主要照顧者獲得短暫休息，能提升病患與照顧者間的生活品質。社會資本在社區發展中佔有相當重要的地位，因此，本研究分析非營利組織所創立的照顧咖啡館中社會資本的流動，以此瞭解社會資本對於協會運作之重要性。本研究為質化研究採度訪談法，訪談中華民國家庭照顧者關懷總會秘書長、社團法人中華長照協會招募經理及復華咖啡店館長。根據研究發現，照顧咖啡館所提供的社區關懷給予照顧者更為溫暖的服務，有別於政府所提供的長照服務。以照顧咖啡館所提供的社會網絡資源則促進資訊流動，擴展成多元社區網絡。根據照顧咖啡館的個案研究結果，則希望長照計畫能強化社區網絡，活化內聚式社會資本，運用社會資本增加自有財源並增加營運獨立性。 ;Our country is shifting from aging society toward aged society. To address issues of aged society, both government and non-government institution provide models of long-term care. Respite services are designed to allow primary caregivers to take a rest, which is one of long-term care model to improve quality of life for both patients and caregivers. The concept of social capital has been playing an important role in the study of community development. This thesis explores the progression of the Non-profit organizations. Through the analysis of the process of social capital flows, and through the lens of the concept of social capital, this thesis helps readers to understand the importance of human resources in the development of social capital. This study used the qualitative research approach, and collected data from the secretary general of Taiwan Association of Family Caregivers, the recruiting managers of China Long-Term Care Association, and the curator of Care Caf?. According to research findings, the community care provided by the care cafes gives caregivers a warmer service, which is different from the long-term care services provided by the government. Taking care of the social network resources provided by cafes promotes the flow of information and expands into a diverse community network. According to the results of the case study of the cafe, it is hoped that the long-term care plan can strengthen the community network, activate cohesive social capital, use social capital to increase its own financial resources and increase operational independence.
