國內營建產業正逐漸面臨人力短缺的困擾,而國際上對於類似問題大多採取自動化或推動預鑄工法等作法因應,是國內值得學習的解決方案之一。預鑄工法在國內已在業界使用多年,但並未受到應有的重視。本計畫掌握國內現今預鑄工法於建築工程結構體應用之產業現況與趨勢,並研擬執行策略、政策、計畫構想,並參考國外推動預鑄工法與利用BIM輔助提升預鑄工法效益之經驗,以利本研究之成果能夠達到實質獎勵以及提供誘因,為國內推動預鑄工法提供驅動力。 ;The construction industry in Taiwan gradually encounters the problem of manpower shortage. Other developed countries solve similar problems by the approaches of promoting construction automation and precast construction (PC) methods, which are valuable for developing necessary solutions in Taiwan. Different PC methods have been adopted in the construction in Taiwan for many years. However, PC methods did not receive attention it deserves. This research targets on exploring the status of PC methods in Taiwan, and then developing promotion strategies and incentive approaches. Also, the lessons learned from other developed countries in promoting PC methods and building information modeling (BIM) technique as an aid to improving PC methods will be discussed in this research. The anticipated research outcomes will be helpful to provide solid promotion strategies and incentive approaches for PC methods in the practice.
