本論文主要是設計抬頭顯示器虛像系統的光學設計,可分為三個部分,分別為虛像系統、非成像系統、攝影機系統。虛像系統的功能是將顯示面板的影像經過目鏡後投影到人眼,本研究將在設計時將顯示面板置於虛像系統的物焦平面內所以可得到正立放大虛像,此外為了讓人眼不用一直在面板影像與現實世界不斷調焦,設計虛像會在人眼前 7 公尺;非成像系統包含 RGB LED光源、準直鏡、x-cube、透鏡陣列、延續透鏡、TIR稜鏡,非成像系統的目的為提供顯示面板均勻且有效率的照明,x-cube 的功能為將光源合光,TIR稜鏡的功能為結合虛像系統與非成像系統;攝影機系統是一個三倍變焦的 800萬畫素攝影鏡頭,其功能為與虛像系統互相搭配,可以記錄外界的影像。如果在駕駛過程中有在遠處看不清楚的影像,可以藉由攝影機系統將人眼看不 清楚的影像撥放。 ;This paper focuses on the optical design of the virtual image system of the head up display, which is divided into three parts, the virtual image system, the illumination system, and the camera system. In addition, in order for the human eye to not always between the panel image and the real world constantly adjust the focus, the design virtual image will be 7 meters in front of human eye; The illumination system includes RGB LED light sources, collimator, x-cube, lens array, relay lens, and TIR prism. The function of the illumination system is to achieve uniform and efficient illumination on the DMD panel. The function of x-cube is to combine the light source, and the function of TIR prism is to combine the imaging system and the illumination system; The camera system is a three times zoom 8 million pixel camera lens, its function is to work with the virtual image system, can record the image of the outside world. If there are images that cannot be seen clearly from a distance during the driving, the camera system can be used to play back the images that cannot be seen clearly by human eyes.
