    Abstract: 全球暖化的問題逐漸被重視,尋找一個環保且利於環境友善的替代能源已成為一項重要的課題。而熱電材料便是其中一項有益於環境發展的替代方案,它能有效的在熱能及電能之間轉換,並且透過溫差的不同產生電能提升能源使用的效率,因此能夠應用在許多會產生廢熱的設施上,達到減少廢熱的產生。
    而不同的材料也會出現不同的熱電特性,本篇論文主要研究氧化鋅更是一項無毒且環保的熱電材料,而氧化物半導體材料的高度熱穩定性及化學穩定性,更是成為一種良好的熱電特性材料。
    本論文利用氧化鋅成功製備了了N型與P型的半導體材料,N型材料是先對氧化鋅摻雜2at%的氧化鋁後再摻雜不同比例的二氧化鈰,而P型材料則是對氧化鋅摻雜不同比例的磷化鋅,而我們透過添加不同比例的二氧化鈰、磷化鋅來找出擁有最佳熱電特性的材料。最後選擇擁有最佳特性的材料來製作單一輸出試片,並在不同溫度下量測其輸出功率。
    ;The problem of global warming has been paid more and more attention. Finding an environmentally friendly energy has become an important topic. Thermoelectric material is one of the beneficial to environmental development. It effectively convert thermal and electric energy. Further, it generate electric energy through different temperature, and improves the efficiency of energy use. Therefore, it can be used to many wasting facilities that will produce waste heat.
    Different materials are different thermoelectric properties. This paper mainly research ZnO as a non-toxic and environmentally friendly thermoelectric material. The high thermal and chemical stability of oxide semiconductor materials make good thermoelectric properties of materials.
    In this paper, N-type and P-type semiconductor materials were successfully prepared using ZnO. The N-type material was first doped with 2at% ?Al?_2 O_3 to ZnO and then doped with different proportions of CeO_2. The P-type material was doped with ZnO in different proportions of ZnP. We found the materials with the best thermoelectric properties by adding CeO2 and ZnP in different proportions. Finally, the material with the best characteristics was selected to make a single output specimen and it’s output power is measured different temperatures.
