本研究目的為以區塊鏈技術建置一套去中心化製造執行系統(decentralized Manufacturing Execution System, dMES)。本研究參考生產管理情境規劃去中心化帳本之角色、關係與資料結構,設計智能合約的運作規則方式,並且透過dMES中智能合約之事件系統來輔佐去中心化系統的資訊傳輸。接著本研究對dMES進行相關的性能測試,觀察本系統能否符合實際工廠內的需求。最後dMES也與商用MES進行功能性的比較,分析兩者的優缺點。從功能性測試中可看出,本研究中dMES的建置成本低於商用MES;此外dMES在安全性、維護性、恢復力皆優於商用MES。舉例而言,dMES提供了出色的資料保護能力,且可輕易追蹤資料更改的歷史紀錄及過程。然而在性能測試中顯示了dMES的缺點:可連接上系統的機台較少,約小於100台。根據以上測試結果,本研究認為dMES系統對於小型工廠將是很合適的解決方案。;The purpose of this study is to build a new system decentralized manufacturing execution system (dMES) using blockchain technology. This study refers a production management scenario to build the role, relationship, and data structure of the ledger and designs the rules for smart contracts. Moreover, the event system of the smart contract can conduce the message transmissions inside the decentralized system. Then, the performance testing of the dMES is executed to observe whether its performance is able to meet the demands of the actual factory. Finally, the functional comparison between the dMES and a commercial MES is studied to analyze the advantages and disadvantages. From the functional comparison, it can observe that the construction cost of the dMES in this study is lower than that of the commercial MES. Also, the dMES takes advantages in security, maintenance, recovery, and feasibility. For example, dMES provides the excellent ability of data preservation, and can easily trace the changed process. However, the performance testing shows the drawback because its connected machines is less than 100 ones. According to this study, the dMES can be a suitable solution for small factories.
